Where possible we allocate one Customer Service Advisor to you and your car, we feel it is better when you deal with one person throughout the day. Our team are trained and although not themselves technicians they do know how to deliver the best possible service and value. As part of their training, our Customer Service Advisors must spend at least three days in our workshop and if they cannot answer a technical query, they certainly know someone who can!
We aim to make the whole process of having your car serviced, repaired or MOT’d as smooth as possible. We will offer to provide alternative transport whilst your car is in, if we can repair your car while you wait we will do so. When you are here you can make yourself comfortable, have a free hot or cold drink and use our high speed free WiFi.
