“This was the first time that I have booked my car in for MOT and service and not used the main dealer. I was impressed with the polite staff, (David) and with the professional image projected by the premises. Historically I have paid large amounts to run this car, but Motor Marque were less expensive and kept me informed of the car’s progress, unlike the main dealer who kept it for 3 days last year! Upon collection I received a comprehensive breakdown of what they had done and the car is now running like a dream. They have also valeted and washed my car and returned the keys on a Motor Marque keyring and placed branded paper covers in the footwells. I appreciate touches like this and they further enhanced what was an already pleasurable experience for me. As I left I passed a young mechanic who greeted me with a smile and thanked me. It is gratifying to get great service like this, especially at a local independent business such as this one. My ethos has always been to keep the customer happy. After all a happy customer will return and hopefully tell others about the service they’ve received. Quite often one of our lovely customers decides to put down in words exactly how they feel and it is this vital feedback that allows us to learn, develop and grow as a business.When feedback is delivered with passion it is ‘gold dust’ and it allows me to give my team a well deserved pat on the back and continued direction. When I received the latest unsolicited feedback through the Good Garage Scheme system (above) I actually got a lump in my throat! This makes the past 13 years of business completely worthwhile and is testament that we’ve got things right and continue to delight out customers. So I would like to say a big thank you to our customers past, present and future for making our efforts worthwhile and a big thank you to what I believe is the greatest garage team in country for facilitating the high level of customer service we deliver.
